Lorna was very caring, kind, and went the extra mile to help. She made sure the patient was clean. There was no leakage anymore and made the patient feel very good. She is a hard worker. Lorna filled in when others didn't do their part. She went above and beyond the call of duty. She made sure family members knew how to troubleshoot if the patient had problem when at home. She assisted with cash for the family member to visit the patient. She worked with the nurses and doctors to insure things went well.
