I would love to have Mr. Lorne Lozano recognized for his professional bedside manner, his one to one care with my mother. Mr. Lozano treated my mother with so much tenderness, he felt like family to me and gave me a peace that she was getting the ultimate care at Harlingen Medical Center. All of my questions were answered in a professional manner. The communication he had was impressive and important to me and our family. Mr. Lozano has this passion for his job that glows beautifully and felt so natural and gifted. From our family, we are so blessed and thankful to have had this difficult time turned into such positive energy that we had the comfort that my mother was in the best of hands.
