We are first time parents, and our son came 10 weeks early with a very traumatic birth. Lorraine was very quick to see that my husband and I needed care as well. She took the time to get to know us both, made us laugh when we needed to, and made us feel like we were her number one priority.
She was/is so kind and gentle with our son, and always takes the time to go over everything she's doing, so that we understand the "why" behind it all. She's taught us so much and has given us so many tools and resources. We're both much more confident in our abilities now because of her.There was never a time our son wasn't attended to with top-notch care, and there was never a time that my husband and I didn't have every question answered and every want/need met.
She's truly an angel, and without her care, I don't think we'd be as set up for success as we are now. Lorraine is a true DAISY Nurse for everything she does and for the beautiful soul she is.
