For the past several years, Nurse Laura has been my daughter's home health nurse, and we have seen firsthand how she approaches her work with remarkable attention to detail and a genuine sense of responsibility for my daughter's well-being. When my daughter was seriously ill a year ago, it was Nurse Laura who recognized the severity of her condition and advised us to call an ambulance. We are so thankful for her calm presence as she spoke with the operator, communicated the necessary medical information, and even followed the ambulance to the hospital to ensure a smooth transition of care. My daughter ended up staying in the hospital for a week, and we were incredibly touched when Laura took the time to visit her. We will be forever grateful for Laura's guidance and thoughtfulness during this stressful time. For her exceptional clinical judgment, compassion, and willingness to go above and beyond for her patients, we believe Nurse Laura more than deserves the DAISY Award.
