Louella was so friendly and accommodating from the moment I arrived on the 9th floor. I was placed in the same room that my deceased husband had been in before he passed. Louella moved me right away. She was genuinely happy to help with whatever I needed during my stay and it is obvious that she loves what she does. Thank you, Louella, for making my experience here at Southwest a pleasant one.
