GSAM is definitely lucky to have a nurse like Louis. He was able to treat me with clinical expertise, confidence, and most importantly compassion. He made sure to explain everything that was going on, and although the ED is fast-paced, he made sure to scan every specimen/medication reassuring me that I was receiving a high-level of safe care. Louis, thank you for sitting at my bedside listening to my concerns & also ensuring that I was well taken care of. I will never forget you, and I am sure your other patients won’t either.
