I was scared and Louis met me at the door of the cath lab and his light humor was just enough to reassure me I was in good hands. He explained what would happen and any other questions I had. God Bless him because I was reassured and I was definitely more relaxed because of him. This gentleman was great, said he had been doing this 30+ years, and brought me back to my room.
