Lou provides extraordinary care to all his patients. Lou would be the first to notice the patient's condition change. He's quick to react and trust his instincts which have saved many lives. No matter who the charge nurse might be, Lou's expert knowledge is constantly utilized. He goes out of his way to assist not only patients but other nurses. Lou helps everyone in many ways from helping to do IV's to transporting patients to the lobby for discharge, to assisting nursing aides with pulling up patients.
