From the time our daddy entered the doors at the Hospice House till the last day, Louis was here for our daddy and us. Louis greeted us with a calm, reassuring voice as he got Daddy settled. Each time Louis came into the room to check on Daddy or bring medications, his caring, upbeat demeanor provided the reassurance that our daddy was in excellent hands. Louis took the time to explain each step for us. When we received the call, it came from Louis. Once again, that calm reassuring voice was there to guide us through the next few hours. We are most appreciative of the love and support our family received from the Hospice House staff. Louis is beyond extraordinary!
