Louis was always very helpful and attentive when he made his rounds with me. He demonstrated versatile competence in managing my medications and the solutions hoisted on the IV pole to which I was bound. He was efficient while maintaining a very congenial and kind attitude, and he played with a sense of humor. This was true even in the (case) situation in which I suffered from my inability to get to the bathroom in time when I had diarrhea. He expedited the work quickly, efficiently, and solicited help as needed. In the latter, he showed me how much of a team player he is and of the respect his colleagues give him. I highly commend him to you.
