I had a catheterization at BMC. Louis made the experience very comfortable for me. He was very pleasant and upbeat. We shared stories about our similar procedures, and he made the time pass very quickly for me. We talked about family and sports. He showed outstanding care for me and made me feel very comfortable. He explained the procedure very clearly to me.
