In order to understand the significance this nurse made on my family, a little back story is needed. My grandfather was a patient in the CCU. He was alert and oriented at times but confused at times as well. The nursing staff and physicians understood the family dynamics but one individual changed our lives forever.
Louisa took it upon herself to spend time with my grandfather and ask him important questions. Thank you for talking to him and allowing our family to heal.
