Louisa was so compassionate and so kind to my husband in the ICU last night. Her tone of voice was so sweet and so sincere. She was so attentive to every detail; she checked on us often and made us feel safe. We love her! Louisa you are an angel with a warm hug. We thank God for you being with us.
