Louisa attended to my mother's needs when mom was in the hospital for chest pains and labored breathing. Louisa provided my mother with the best care and attention that we as a family have ever experienced. Her personality, demeanor, pleasant smile, and acute professional expertise were unsurpassed compared to her peers. Nurse Martinez went above and beyond in care to my mother but in providing me detailed information and communications regarding issues in discharging my mother. She even coordinated transportation to/from St Agnes hospital in Baltimore on Monday so my mother could receive a new pacemaker. She interfaced with the therapist, staff cardiologists, and the assisted living facility nursing director regarding discharge went well beyond the norm. Nurse Martinez represented care for a patient that I have never experienced. In my extensive experience (40+ years) in dealing with all kinds of professionals in providing care and services to others, Louisa is at the top of that long list.
