I met Louisa in Altru when I was very sick and she cared for me as if she was my mother. For the first time since I lost my mother at age 6 and my father at age 14 that I have felt such a motherly touch. She was so professional and gave me hope when I felt hopeless, especially on a day I had a serious setback during my recovery.
