Louisa was so very nice to J. She was very gentle with him. She always seemed to care about his comfort immensely. She was so patient when she talked to me about the things going on with J and she really made me feel as though it was okay to leave, to do errands. I always knew he was good hands in ICU, but Louisa made me feel it so much more. Thank you for being there.
