Louise made me forget all about the "before" of having my child. She made me feel at ease. She made the best out of the situation and did the best job to get me through it.

With everything that happened before the birth of my grandson, Louise made everything as it should be about the baby's birth. As her mother, I was so close to losing it. Louise was the rock when we needed it. She helped get my daughter's smile back. For that alone, I cannot thank her enough. I will always be thankful for all she did for us.
