My granddaughter lost her baby boy at 20 1/2 weeks. Louise was very caring and compassionate to her at this very sad, difficult, and devastating time. She offered to stay over an extra 8 hours working 16 hours straight to take care of my granddaughter and be there when she delivered her baby. She took the extra steps to prepare him for us to see him and be able to bond with him after his birth. She never stopped caring and was hustling to get him cared for and ready for his mommy, daddy, and grandparents to bond with, hold and love. She is awesome and she deserves to be recognized for the amazing job that she did and for being such a caring nurse and wonderful lady.
