Louise supported a young person who was an adopted child with a long history of mental ill health, social, and emotional difficulties for over two years, putting in extra effort and coming up with creative ways to build a trusting relationship with him in difficult circumstances, including an extended period when he went missing and moved away from Oxfordshire. This was the first professional whom the young person, then aged 16, felt was really on his side.
