Lourdes' compassion shines through every day she works on our unit. She is selfless, constantly putting others before herself. She is always aware of staff safety and "want to send them home safely to their little ones," as she told one staff with small children. Not only is she exceptional at her job, but her heart of gold protects those who are at home as well. She is always professional, friendly and sincere. Her compassion is evident. The world needs more Lourdes!!!
