Ms. Marti is a knowledgeable, compassionate, respectful, transparent, and trusted leader. She continues to participate in educational seminars and encourages her staff to achieve higher education. Her love for her job reflects in the manner in which she deals with her patients, patient families, and staff. Her dedication to her job goes beyond the call of duty and if necessary will take her lunchtime to provide extra support to staff. Overall we all love working with her.
