Lourie always exceeds what is expected of her. Always treats patients politely even if they are not in their best mood and attitude. Always cheerful and positive every time she comes to work. These are just some of her best traits that I have observed, but what really struck me most was when there was once a patient who is homeless, was admitted in our unit, where she took extra effort to wash the patient's feet, took his shoes and washed them and also gave him a new pair of sandals. For me, that was extraordinary.
