One day, when I was taking my mom home, she started feeling dizzy, and thank Jesus, AdventHealth was across the street from where we were. My mother got admitted, and I had to stay.
The door opened, and we heard a pleasant voice. It was Ms. Lournes. She was informative as she was writing on the board. Then she asked us what was the most important thing to us, to which we replied "Jesus". She was very joyful when she heard that.
Throughout her shift, she was checking on us and explaining in detail when we had any questions. Ms. Lournes is Christ-like, with the compassion and love she showed. I literally got so sad when her shift ended. She made a mark on me forever, especially her kindness and the sound of her voice, which we will remember forever.
Thank Nurse Lournes. You were a blessing to my mother. Thank you. Keep up the magnificent, fabulous, and outstanding job. You are truly amazing.
