I met Lovedeep when I was going for my first Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) and she was there again for me for a second ERPC just days later. Lovedeep could tell how nervous I was and helped to calm me down. Before they put me under anesthesia, she asked me where my favorite place to be was and I said, 'the beach.' She told me to imagine that I was walking on the beach in the rain and that I was comfortable and happy. I went under and fell asleep. That experience really meant the world to me. She helped me to calm down and travel to a pleasant place in my mind. She was awesome!
