I’ve been in the hospital for a couple of days and have had the pleasure of having Lovely as my nurse. I have found her to be caring and kind, she responds promptly when the call bell is on. She’s informative and provides information when requested. She is a great asset to your staff and her name suits her well because she is a lovely person.
