Low helped my grandma stay comfortable during her stay at the hospital on Comfort Care. It was a decision that she made. Low called the family immediately when she made changes to her care plan so that family could be at her bedside. Low advocated for my grandmother to get the appropriate medications and treatment she needed when utilizing the Comfort Care Pathway. He gave her exceptional care on two visits that we witnessed. He treated us all with dignity, respect, and above all, he honored my grandma's wishes. Thank you, Low!
