All the nurses are wonderful. However, one person stands out to me because of their compassion and energy, and willingness to go a little further than the average, When I came here, I was a bit withdrawn as to be expected. But when I met nurse Patigayon I felt an attraction almost instantly mostly because of the conversation he provided; it feels like talking to a family member. I did not smile or laugh until he became my provider.

In addition to the professionalism, there is a warmth of familiarity and kindness that I believe he carries even outside of the job. I actually look forward to his shift. God gives us all gifts, has given this hospital the gift of this special nurse, and has given this nurse Lowen the gift of compassion, caring, and empathy. This organization has a jewel on its hand that needs very little polishing in my opinion. If you continue to use this gift, he will probably help thousands of veterans. He obviously loves his job because it shows in his demeanor. Veteran Hospital made an excellent choice in my opinion.
