Lt Eschbach exemplifies the very foundation of the DAISY Award on a daily basis. She is always willing to step up and help when a coworker has a question and when there's extra work to be accomplished, she's certainly not one to 'clock-out' until the mission is complete. With that being said when the mission runs long she maintains skilled compassionate care recognized by the patients through the comment "there was a long lead time to surgery, but Lt Eschbach went out of her way to make my wife comfortable and informed. Thanks for all her efforts." While executing daily ops flawlessly she has worked tirelessly to transform our failing education and training, proving she is committed to the success of our unit. Lt Eschbach deserves to be recognized for this full-circle job well done.
