Luann showed exceptional maturity, compassion and patience with my mom. My mom had spinal surgery the day before. She was in tears and was having anxiety chest pains because her promised brace had not been ordered. She could not get out of bed without it.
Luann pulled up the chair, sat down, took my mom's hand and explained what was going to happen next to handle the issue. My mom was shortly calmed down once she heard an explanation of what happened and a solid plan for next steps. This turned out to be INVALUABLE to my mom.
Luann was excellent and responsive throughout the entire day - the worst day for mom.
My mom and her family cannot thank her enough for all of patience and excellent care. She treated my mom as if she were HER mom.
