LuAnn was very compassionate and caring and catered to our needs and feelings while my father was in ICU. She explained everything to us and did it in a very loving manner. LuAnn was such a caring nurse during my father's last minutes and I want to thank her so much for making my father at ease and my family also. LuAnn is an exceptional human being and nurse.
