Luanne exemplifies a leader, teacher, and team player. I have witnessed her seeing fellow nurses struggle, and she immediately runs at their side to help them and encourage them. She gives the new nurses confidence in themselves when she precepts them. She grows them with her teaching and friendship. I have often heard new nurses say they wished Luanne had precepted them.
