My 80-year-old dad was admitted for low hemoglobin and kidney issues. He has been admitted for last 16 days and I went to see him every day 3 times and I keep meeting nurses, but when I met with Luba Gappo she gave me a feeling that a family member is taking care of my father. Any individual, when we meet a nurse we don’t know her skills at first sight, but the body language and a smiley face gives a different feelings which Luba gave me. She was in every occasion very respectful towards my race, religion. There is so many moments to describe but especially when my father did bowel movement and he was in discomfort she immediately cleaned him. When your father is sick and you see those helpful nurses like angels around him you feel happy and become hopeful that stilla  few good peopls try to make the world a better place. My respect to all who maybe I didn’t mention their name. Love you guys.

Thank you, Luba, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
