I am pleased to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to Nurse Lubna who works in the Oncology Department previously, and now in the Breast Care Clinic in Tawam Hospital. She deserves all the gratitude for the medical services and care she provides to all patients. She provides all the necessary care with sincerity and dedication. Her smile does not leave her face each time she provides comfort to all her patients. Yes, I was given all the care and attention from all the medical staff during my treatment period, but this particular nurse stood out. I am proud to call her the ‘Angel of Mercy’. In the name of the members of my family, it is my honor to be able to extend my thanks and appreciation to Nurse Lubna.
