Lucas has, as a matter of personal standard, gone so far above and beyond his duties to assist my dad and my family during my father's lengthy stay. We have never seen a nurse so completely perfect for his job with the heart and skills to match. His efficiency and skill set was impressive! He took time to explain every nuance of dad's clinical care, which was reassuring during a confusing and stressful time.

Lucas's personality is a magnet for patient responsiveness and cooperation. His connection with the patient was carefully nurtured and engendered trust and confidence. My dad looked forward to Lucas's shift the most and asked of his whereabouts if it was close to the shift time. Lucas had a ready smile and warm heart and became part of our family. He was instrumental in dad's recovery and a balm for dad's spirits. Lucas was an integral part of my father's care and should be commended. We all love Lucas!
