My husband had a major heart attack and was cared for by this nurse. It felt as if my husband was his own family by the way he cared for him, joked with him, and made sure he was comfortable the entire time. Not only did he compassionately give his attention to my husband, but also to myself and our children. He has patience that does not falter. He answered any and every question, with the most caring explanations, ensuring our understanding. He always checked on us, above and beyond what his job requires him to do. He even stayed after his shift was over to ensure my husband was settled in and to say goodbye to my husband when he returned from surgery. My husband's time in the hospital was incredibly impacted by his care and we could not be more grateful for a healthcare hero like himself.
