Lucel was nominated by one of her patients for her exceptional care. Not only did Lucel ensure her patient felt relaxed and comfortable, but she also took time to understand her on a personal level. “[Lucel] connected with me… I was touched that she didn't rush me but took time to listen to how I was feeling emotionally and let out a little cry… Being able to connect with someone so kind-hearted, I felt better overall and that plays a big impact on health." Her patient noted that she loves all the WHHS nurses, but there's "something extra special" about Lucel.

Lucel has worked at WHHS for just under two years. She possesses a strong clinical background in oncology nursing, including caring for patients receiving chemotherapy. Congrats Lucel!
