Lucia was my nurse on admission. I understood the seriousness of my condition and was impressed with the care I received from Lucia. She was in constant communication with my doctor who directed her to constantly monitor and implement new orders which ultimately resulted in an improvement in my condition. Temperature rising and BP falling were challenges that Lucia met with professionalism and calmness that made me feel confident in her abilities. I was fortunate to have her as my nurse.
