Lucia was so amazing with my daughter, F. She made her feel comfortable when she was having her drains out. Lucia asked me twice in a space of her 12-hour shift if I needed anything or a cup of tea. I felt like she really cared about not only our daughter but also her family. Her calm and caring manner really shone through, just what kind of nurse Lucia really is. You could see her passion and love for her job and how much she cares about her patients. Her smiling face and positive attitude also make a huge difference to families.
