Sister Lucille Bam, is an absolute star, the most compassionate, wise, friendly, lovable, and brilliant person I have ever met. I am a grandmother of a granddaughter who was born on 15 July 2024. The advice, love, assistance and the passion she puts in her work are nowhere to be seen anymore, and what an honor to have met her and see how she works with all her patients.

Her passionate care, with not only my daughter and granddaughter, in fact with all the new parents and grandparents, is just so special, and one can thank our Father that there are still such philanthropic staff at this level still active at our hospital. It is truly a privilege to be able to experience the best of the best at Mediclinic Kloof Pretoria.

As a student nurse many years ago, I personally experienced memorable memories in her ways and doings in her work. She is an awesome asset for Mediclinic Kloof, take good care of her, this type of nurse is very rare and scarce. She is worth more than a brick of gold.
