Cindy goes out of her way to assist patients and their families during times of need. She is always has a smile on her face and a positive attitude. Her compassion for nursing is apparent to her patients, familes and co-workers through the compassionate care she provides. She is working on her RN degree and serves on committees in the hospital. She is the co-chair of her unit council and is a member of the nursing council. She is passionate about making a difference in our organization.
