My daughter has been in the hospital for 6 days already. She had Lucky as her nurse for the first 4 days. I am a retired RN and Lucky was excellent! He is extremely PROFESSIONAL, COMPASSIONATE, and FRIENDLY. One night, my daughter had a bad reaction to one of her new medications. Lucky helped her through a scary time! He comforted her, called the doctor, and quickly resolved the issue. He is DEFINITELY an asset to Hendrick and made the difference for her. He went above & beyond to make all of us comfortable and kept us informed with everything! He will always be like a member of our family now. As a retired RN, I know what to watch for in a nurse. His skills and knowledge are beyond compare. One day, she was in terrible pain and very emotional. He calmed her down and really helped her get through it. We all just love how he handled the situation with meds & kind words. He made her feel like his only patient. Kudos to Lucky, a wonderful nurse!

Lucky has always been super helpful and will go out of his way to help anyone that needs help regardless of whether if it’s his patient or not he will help out. He always takes on any assignment without any hesitation; he is a real team player.
