Lucky was my nurse, and at this point, I had been there for about 24 hours. When he came on, we were still in mid-decision on whether I was having an angiogram or a stress test. I was a bit nervous during the waiting. Once the decision was made for the angiogram, Lucky stepped up and explained in detail what would happen. He also showed me heart prints to help explain the situation. Lucky was a very calming presence and made both P and I feel at ease. Once I was back from the procedure and we had a diagnosis, he was right there after the cardiologist left to help us with any questions or concerns and was super good at explaining what each step would be for my wound care. He was fantastic from the start of his shift until I was discharged. He also went well above and beyond what was required of him.

Lucky was so professional while getting me settled for the night. He had to hook up a heart monitor and check me into my room. He was very detailed and explained everything that was happening, as well as the plan for the next day. He made me feel at ease as I was about to undergo a stress test the next day. Lucky is an excellent asset to the department. Special thanks to Lucky for his kindness, friendly demeanor, and positive smiles in a scary situation for me.
