My Dad had a severely broken ankle and extensive surgery was performed that involved plates and screws. Lucy Ann made sure the surgery was to happen. It was to be postponed, but she called her supervisor and pled her case. As a result, Dad had his surgery. Lucy Ann was extremely caring, compassionate, and attentive to his needs. She stayed late on her shift to make sure he got to the OR.
