Lucy was fun, friendly, personable, dedicated, competent, enthusiastic, cheerful, professional, warm, a good listener, and her bedside manner was super. She made the whole family and patient comfortable, at home, safe, and healthy. This made us feel better during a time of stress and uncertainty. MJH is lucky to have her on staff.
