Lucy Fulcher, RN

Lucy Fulcher is the perfect example of the best nurse. She is thorough in her assessments, actively advocates for her patients, loves hard, and does all of her work without complaining and with a smile on her face. As a new nurse, Lucy was willing to listen to me and answer all my questions without making me feel like a burden. She clearly empathizes with her patients and helps them physically, spiritually, and mentally. When I grow up, I want to be just half the nurse that Lucy is.
