Lucy showed me how much she loves being a nurse and how much she enjoys caring for those in need. Lucy was nice, compassionate, respectful, and showed empathy. If I had a concern she always listened and respectfully gave me her opinion. When my anxiety kicked in she always found a way to calm me down. There should be more nurses like Lucy. Thank you for taking care of me and for your sweet attitude from start to finish. You are the true definition of how a nurse should be.
