Lucy Jenkins, RN
Lucy is our Matron, she manages all the nurses in the department, as well as managing other Services for the Homerton Hospital. She also works clinically on the unit especially if we are short of nurses. She has worked very hard to create a safe working environment for patients, relatives, and staff. She has worked very hard to maintain staff morale and ensures we are all aware of services that can be accessed for extra support if needed especially during the pandemic. I am particularly appreciative from my perspective where I have been in a really sad and difficult situation, and she supported others also involved and myself through that time.
