Lucy made me feel 100 times more comfortable, especially during my C-section. I started to feel uncomfortable and not feel okay while they were closing me up and she didn't leave my side, told me I'm okay, comforted me, and made sure my baby didn't leave my sight and I could do skin-to-skin as soon as possible. Lucy stayed on top of my aftercare. She kept me clean and constantly asked me how I was feeling and helped me control my pain. She was very informative on anything happening or that was going to happen with Baby or me.

She also made sure my support person was okay during surgery and out. I very much appreciated it. During discharge, she explained everything perfectly, made sure I understood everything, and even called my doctor for me who wouldn't be available the first week of discharge, and got me an appointment to see another doctor while she is absent. I appreciated that beyond words. During my 3 days in the hospital, she took amazing care of me and my son and even went beyond most normal nurses to make sure I'd be okay when being discharged.
