My elderly dad was transferred from ICU to IMCU. Luis was one of my dad's nurses. For being a young nurse, he is exceptional at patient care giving. He took the time to connect with my daddy and gain his trust. He took the time to feed him and give him Sprite to drink. My family believes that compassionate nursing makes all the difference in patient's recuperation.

Luis came in this morning to tell us to call him if we need anything. He gave me my medication timely. He is a very good communicator and a very nice person. He is sympathetic and always smiling. If I ever had to come back to this floor, I would really like for him to be my care-giver again.
