Luisa De Alva was nominated by a patient’s family member: "Did you know that you never have to ask Luisa for anything? Why? Because she is always one step ahead of you. Luisa keeps the family up to date on my father's meds, temp, etc. Everything we need to know is shared with us - the best thing EVER was when she joined us in a prayer.
